s’no more white: update

Since my post on the apparent dropping of Kristen Stewart from the fairytale remake Snow White and the Huntsman‘s sequel, Universal Studios has releasde a statement to the press on the current reality of the situation.

The Studios have claimed that a sequel has not been confirmed and that if it were to go ahead, Stewart would not be excluded from any involvement.

Kristen Stewart remains in the “Snow White” franchise.

“We’re extremely proud of Snow White and the Huntsman and we’re currently exploring all options to continue the franchise. Any reports that Kristen Stewart has been dropped, are false,” a rep from Universal Studios stated to ABC News.

Though a sequel may not yet be set for the big screen, the company has stated that it is currently working to reconstruct a spin-off, with Chris Hemsworth playing the lead. An appearance from Stewart, in the film, has not yet been declined.

Stewart and Sanders have both released public apologies on their affair last month, while Robert Pattinson has remained tight-lipped to the media, stating he has never been interested in “selling his private life”.
