Kate pulls off Grace Kelly.
Well, the big day has arrived and Kate and Will are now officially husband and wife. As the ceremony and after-parties continue, fashionistas and designers will be having a field day, with the image of what seemed to be the most perfect wedding dress in royal history. The stunning Kate Middleton gracefully waved to the 200,000 odd spectators outside Westminster Abbey just one hour ago. Her gorgeous dress, designed by Alexander McQueen – who has unfortunately passed away, and therefore fellow designers co-operated with the making – featured only the most beautiful lace intricacy that any such talent could produce. The dress, said to be channelling that of Princess Grace Kelly’s in 1956, also included a simple train that proved opposite to Diana’s. Now, as photography and footage begin to roll in through the media, for what could be deemed to be the most tasteful and romantic wedding , speculation over the who-wore-what scenario will begin to spark. Dawn the fashion critiques!
